I sent these to my bonus Mom that was sick. I received excellent service and same day service. The associate was very helpful and friendly. They're beautiful and will use them again!
Zero stars. Sent flowers on 7/31. Flowers were dead less than 48 hours later. Sent email with pictures (time stamped) to the floral shop. Called today because I haven’t heard a word from them and they said they can’t do anything because THEY didn’t receive the email. Which I offered to send the time stamped email over to them again and they said sorry nothing we can do. Not willing to make anything right. Would not recommend. Sent these the day my brother was buried. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a Sweet 16 bouquet for my granddaughter and it wasn’t anything that I ordered! There were NO daises, no bow and a different vase. When I spend so much, I expect perfection. Be aware before ordering.

Just received my arrangement for Mother’s Day for my mom and it looks NOTHING like the photo that is advertised. I also paid extra for balloons and NEVER received them. I originally ordered the Daffodil Deluxe but a day before Mother’s Day, they notified me that they were out of daffodils. Which is somewhat understandable but when I asked to replaced them with the Lovely Lavender arrangement, they look nothing like what is shown online. It’s evident that I was given whatever was left over and that is really disappointing. I really wanted to love and support this shop, but after this, I will not be purchasing from them. Thank you to the delivery driver who took time out to deliver them, she was sweet.Update: The flowers died the very next day. My mom was very disappointed.
Ordered a deluxe bouquet for delivery the next day. Not only were they super quick with delivery, the flowers are in incredible shape and they smell amazing. Will absolutely use them again.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I ordered flowers online for mother's day from The Flower Shop Atlanta. I placed the order three days before the delivery. The flowers were delivered at a reasonable time and notification was made with the delivery.The flowers were stunning! I was very happy and will this will definitely be the first place I go to.
I don't usually write reviews - but i ordered a bouquet of flowers from the Flower Shop and selected the Designers Choice bouquet based off the pictures they had listed, expecting some level of variance based off flowers available. Instead i received a bouquet with roses that were seemingly dyed, giving the bouquet a circus theme look for a birthday gift. When i reached out to ask if i could come back in to have the roses changed out (i had these delivered) - i was told that these were a more expensive flower and that they would not make alterations to it even if i drove back to the location. Just be aware when ordering flowers from here that if you give artistic discretion to the florist on your bouquet - that you might end up with something that looks like it came out of a daycare painting day!
I can’t say enough about The Flower Shop Atlanta. These ladies are truly welcoming and professional. Customer service is always A-1 even if they’re busy. Nicole and Angie are amazing. Nunu made a beautiful corsage for my daughters dance and she loved it! Pricing is responsible… I highly recommend them.
Its been 4 years since working up the confidence and willingness to step foot back in here. If it weren't for Nicole's sincere apology or the cashier's bubbly personality, I would have truly given up on this place! My family were big supporters and patrons here since Samuel Fahmie opened in 1992- BEFORE GOOGLE REVIEW EXISTED! We stopped due to poor customer service. However, I believe a business's true character shows when reconciling any issues that arise: I had purchased 2 dozen roses a while back and noticed the petals on 8 roses were brown and starting to mold at the head. I brought them back with my receipt and eventually had to wait for the owner. I asked to replace the damaged flowers, but they didn't have that color anymore. I asked to return for a refund too, but was denied because they couldn't "prove" I got it from here, even when the cashier said they sold me those and just left from there an hour ago.I was SO UPSET & DISAPPOINTED the new owners were unwilling to help me I just left and showed up to the party without any flowers for the host table. My Mom eventually intervened and was given a store credit. I do believe in forgiveness and chances to build trust in worthy, local, small businesses. I got the courage to come back for Valentine's and although hectic, was treated more kind and pleasant, with sincere respect and dignity. You are appreciated. We ordered flowers for a family member’s funeral. Nicole was very helpful and caring on the phone. We were able to customize the arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful! They delivered it within hours of the order being placed. Excellent quality and excellent customer service.

May i say as a florist myself I am very pleased with the flowers sent to my cousin. I am a bit snobbish and like nicer flowers. I asked for unique and higher end. Got that and more! Thank you for making her day amazing!!!
Absolutely horrible! The driver left the flowers outside of the home, didn’t even ring the doorbell. My friend had no idea they had been delivered, so they sat outside all day and night until the next afternoon. And on top of that… The flowers looked absolutely NOTHING like the photo on the website. SOOO disappointed.I’m sharing pictures of what the flowers SHOULD have looked like… And what my friend received. It’s almost comical.

The Flower Shop Atlanta located at 4563 Memorial Drive Decatur, Georgia is the BEST flower shop in metro Atlanta. The flowers were fresh and smelled delightful. It brought great joy to watch them bloom and it helped me healed. Thanks to the owner and the florist that made the arrangements!! Thanks to my employer’s Marguerite, Amy, Carol, Ali, Kelli, Star and DJ for the beautiful flowers!! This was a great gift!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service a few days ahead. On the morning of the delivery date, I received a call from Nicole stating that unfortunately they did not have the type of flowers I ordered in stock due to an issue with their supplier. She then offered me my choice of two other arrangements that were honestly more beautiful than what I ordered. She even sent me pictures of the actual arrangements, not just the photos from the website. I truly appreciate that Nicole took the time to call me about the issue and offer a solution. That showed both sensitivity for the situation (a funeral) and respect for the the customer, even at a time when they are most certainly busy preparing for Mother’s Day. Most florists would have just substituted the flowers without even asking. Nicole and Flower Shop Atlanta went above and beyond and I am truly grateful!

I have been a customer of the flower shop Atlanta for a few years . Saba and her staff never disappoint ! They have literally executed any floral arrangement idea I come up with . She even goes over and beyond if I need a last minute arrangement she always fits me in . The flower shop uses top quality flowers , that last up to two weeks with proper care . You won’t be disappointed ! Trust me , that’s coming from a picky person
