Refund Policy
The Flower Shop Atlanta offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact us. We will replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge. We will redeliver the new arrangement, on the day you select, again at no additional charge.
Return Policy

Cut flowers, designed and cared for properly, are guaranteed for 7 days from the date of delivery.

We do not accept returns or give refunds on food items or balloons.

All corsage and boutonniere, wedding Bridal bouquets, and arrangements for events are final. We are not able to accept returns or give refunds on these items.

All plant purchases are final. We do not accept plant returns.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be done before delivery.
